The Logitech company is about to launch the Washable Keyboard K310 . According to its creators, in addition to removing dust like “traditional” keyboards, this model can be cleaned with a good soak, since it is prepared to be submerged in up to 30 centimeters of water . And it dries quickly thanks to the practical drainage holes on the back.
Of course, it must be taken into account that it is only possible to wash it by hand, using soap and a soft cloth or sponge in warm water, at less than 50 ° C, without putting it in the dishwasher and without using abrasive materials, alcohol, solvents or strong detergents. Laser printing and an ultraviolet coating ensure that the typography on the keys does not fade from use or washing.
The original keyboard will go on sale in October at a price of 40 euros.
