Twitter improves its versions for iPhone and iPad

The microblogging networkTwitter has submitted aimproved version of its application for iPhone and iPad, Apple terminals. The company has highlighted the importance of these devices, noting thatThe iPhone application is the third most used way to access Twitter, behind the traditional web version and the mobile extension. In the case of the iPad, it is the ‘tablet’ from which the microblogging network is accessed the most.

 

The new version of the application has anew system to upload photos and attach them to ‘tweets’. The tool has a new button on the toolbar that has a camera as its image. By pressing it, users can choose to take a new photo to send or preview an existing one.

The Twitter update for Apple mobile systems also incorporatesgeolocation news. The system allows usersconsult the issues of the moment according to your position. The remodeled version also includes a new tweet box design and incorporates theautocomplete functionof @usernames, as well as a URL shortener that reduces links to 20 characters regardless of their original extension.

Exclusively for iPhone, Twitter also introduced a quick bar that allows users to see hot topics of the moment at a glance and switch from one to another by simply sliding their finger on the screen to the right or left.

The new and improved version of Twitter for iPad and iPhone is available for free on the App Store.
