Schleswig – Two dead men were found in a Sparkasse branch in Schleswig on Wednesday around 7.20 a.m., the Schleswig police announced on Wednesday afternoon.
“One person was already dead when the emergency services arrived, the other died despite the resuscitation measures that had been initiated,” said the police. It is therefore two men from Schleswig aged 35 and 39 years. The two spent the night in the anteroom of the bank branch.
The police have started an investigation into the cause of death. There are no indications of external influence at this time.
An employee discovered the two men lifeless on Wednesday morning in the self-service area of the Nord-Ostsee Sparkasse in Stadtweg in Schleswig and informed the police and emergency services. Initially, the police said that an emergency doctor could only determine the death of the two men. The investigation would be ongoing.
