Telcel users reported through social networks failures in their internet services such as telephony since 10 am where the main problem is the lack of signal, followed by problems browsing the internet and making phone calls.
According to the Downdetector platform, from 10 in the morning users began to detect flaws in the Telcel network and until noon they still report failures in the system of Carlos Slim's company.
Downdetector details that the main states of the Republic that have Telcel network failures are: Mexico City, Monterrey, Torreón, Chihuahua, Nuevo Laredo, El Paso and Acapulco.
At 11:30 in the morning, the Downdetector platform registered up to 1,644 user reports for imperfections in the Telcel network. At 12:30 the reports have dropped to 1,252 complaints.
