Stuttgart – There has been much speculation in recent months about an "Arctic Outbreak" in this country, i.e. an advance of arctic cold air far into southern latitudes. But the meteorologists were wrong. While snow fell in Rome and Tunisia in January 2022, snow cover in Germany can only be found at high altitudes. Is winter already over before it has even really started?
