Offenbach – Germany should not write off the summer * completely yet. The weather * was more autumnal recently, but the heat strikes again. It will be significantly warmer, according to the forecasts of the meteorologists. The 30-degree mark could also be cracked again.
“Towards the weekend, the summer weather comes back,” says meteorologist Adrienne Jeske from Wetter.net. The sun will therefore fight its way through the thick cloud cover from Thursday (August 19, 2021). The temperatures are slowly rising again. On Friday, temperatures of up to 28 degrees Celsius * are possible, and there is real bathing lake weather on the weekend. In the southern half of Germany, 30 degrees are possible on Saturday. But it gets even hotter.

On Sunday (August 22nd, 2021) the weather in Germany will be really warm in midsummer. On the Rhine and the Upper Rhine, the 30-degree mark could then be cracked again, said Jeske. Kachelmannwetter also promises a warm to hot Sunday in summer. “At certain points in the Rhine-Main region up to 32 degrees are conceivable,” says a Twitter post. In the north, on the other hand, it is a little cooler. But how long will the warm weather last?

The late summer finale in August gave Germany another couple of nice days. But as is so often the case, the heat is followed by cooling.
