The Ulm Regional Court has pronounced the verdict: The accused of sexual abuse must serve a two-year suspended prison sentence.
Ulm – A 45-year-old has been sentenced to a two-year suspended prison sentence in more than 100 cases before the Ulm Regional Court for the sexual abuse of children.
The court found it proven in its verdict on Friday that the defendant was guilty of sexual abuse of children in 129 cases – in two cases of serious child sexual abuse.
The man had partially admitted the acts in the years 1996 to 2005 in court. The court was convinced that he had repeatedly sexually abused his half-sister and four other girls in his apartment in Ulm. The girls were between 6 and 13 years old at the time of the offenses, and the defendant was 20 to 29 years old. dpa
