Hello fellow bionics and also to the cyborgs that follow us. Yes, as I said in one of the previous videos, this year’s MWC starts a few days before. Not one, the previous Sunday, not two, the Saturday before.
On February 20, Samsung has taken its Unpack, the S10 in this case, to San Francisco . They have not wanted to wait for Barcelona, to compete with the Chinese avalanche that is expected of devices with 5G capabilities, although we can do little with them for a couple of years.
Samsung has to make up lost ground
A more powerful Exynos chipset is envisioned, with AI capabilities and with a double neural processor . And hopefully with a fingerprint sensor integrated into the screen and with easy recognition. 3D? More tuned than its predecessor S9. And will it also come with Bixby (Samsung’s Siri) in Spanish ?
We will discover it in San Francisco, and in Madrid, and we will also see it in Barcelona. But there the Chinese competition will again squeeze the leader, still, of the smartphone market, although we do not know if it will be for a long time. Huawei , Xiaomi and Oppo , persecutors of the Korean manufacturer, will discover their cards for this year, and surely we will see 5G smartphones in some of them, if not all.
What we will surely see will be the first smartphones with a flexible screen . I have seen prototypes of all colors, some more fortunate than others in terms of their form factor. Here whoever makes a mistake can pay, and whoever gets it right …
And also, with 5G as the protagonist , in Barcelona we will see how this new technology that will be developed and deployed in the coming years is integrated everywhere to form the Internet of All Things or IoAT, Internet of All Things. Including connected and autonomous cars , which will also have their place in Barcelona with brands such as BMW, Daimler, Toyota, Ford, …
We will tell you live, and delayed, and we will bring more than one surprise for you to see in future videos.
