This week the Selectividad is being held in much of Spain. Thousands of students face the University Entrance Exam, which will somehow decide their future. When choosing which career to study, vocation and enthusiasm are the most important of all. Once the student has selected several university degrees that appeal to him, it is time to analyze other factors, such as employability. Well, to make the decision process easier, the human resources company Adecco has prepared a report in which it details which careers are the most exits in Spain .

University graduates continue to be the candidates most in demand by companies in their job offers (38%), followed by graduates of a higher degree of Vocational Training (23.5%).

At the moment, according to the report published by Adecco, the degree with the most job opportunities in Spain is Business Administration and Management . Not only is it one of the careers most demanded by students, but also by companies of all sectors and sizes.

The careers with the most exits are the following, according to the percentage of job offers in which candidates are required to have these university studies :

On the opposite side of the ranking, there are some university degrees with a very low employability rate . What does this mean? Finally, Adecco has also made an analysis on which are the autonomous communities that present a greater demand for employment . In the same way as in previous years, Madrid occupies the first place. Andalusia (10.3%), Valencian Community (6.9%) and Castilla y León (6.3%). The rest of the regions are below 3.2%.

These are the university courses with the most professional opportunities in Spain .
