Offenbach – Really stable summer weather in Germany is not in sight at the start of the new week either. According to the German Meteorological Service in Offenbach on Sunday, it will initially be sunny on Monday, but new rainy areas will move into the country from the southwest during the day.
In the first half of the week it will continue to rain, sometimes persistently, in the south and west. Only at the end of the week will it be summery there too. The north and east get temperatures sometimes over 30 degrees. According to the meteorologists, heavy showers and thunderstorms are also possible there.
“In the north and east, protection from the sun and, if necessary, from heat is recommended. In the west and south, protection from water, both from above and below, is a priority, ”says meteorologist Jacqueline Kernn. Some rivers in the south were already flooding.
