There are games that simply with their setting already manage to catch you. Combining ideas that are totally separated in time and place usually works well , and at the very least, Steelrising has already caught our attention.
The title of Spiders Studio, creators of Greedfall, already left us with our mouths drooling when we saw their latest advance. However, now he has made things very clear with his trailer that includes a lot of gameplay . Pure action RPG.
What is the context of all this mess? Simple: we play Aegis, a robot that acts as a bodyguard for Queen Marie Antoinette . The problem arises when King Louis XVI decides to terrorize all of Paris with his own mechanical army, so we will have to face him in order to turn the tide of history.
From what we can see in the video, there will be a good dose of action, with battles against other robots that will feature weapons of all kinds. The environment looks very realistic, with great destruction and the possibility of stalking enemies from behind . Of course, the boss fights will not be lacking to make things difficult for us.
Steelrising has also confirmed that it will arrive in June 2022, without specifying the exact day. Of course, both PS5 and Xbox Series X / S will be the consoles that will host it, along with PC via Steam.
