Space missions always represent great milestones in human history. Yuri Gagarin as the first astronaut or the arrival of Neil Armstrong and company on the Moon are good examples of how humanity does not set limits. And now, the next target is Mars , the red planet.
There have already been several missions that have been assigned to the place and Mars First Logistics wants us to experience that feeling in the first person. Or rather first robot. Ian MacLarty has designed a title in which we will have to design our own machine to explore the Martian terrain, with a multitude of really funny physics.
An open world (of course) is at our disposal for us to carry out transport of materials between the different colonies on Mars . Every time we complete the missions entrusted to us, we will get credits to unlock new technology and thus improve the rover.
Because that is another of the strengths of the work. There will be a multitude of pieces and elements to shape the robot that we imagine. There are no borders when it comes to overcoming the rugged Martian terrain, as we can go overland simulating a car, propelled by a rocket or flying over the skies.
Of course, we will have to be careful with the load we carry, since the physical ones are very playful . Along with visuals powerfully reminiscent of what was seen at Sable, the launch of Mars First Logistics is scheduled for sometime in 2022.
