A gadget to avoid jet-lag

This imbalance that occurs in our body after traveling long distances , known as jet-lag or time zone syndrome, could have its days numbered thanks to this innovative device developed by a group of former students from the California Institute of Technology or CalTech (USA.)

The device in question is an intelligent sleep mask with the ability to modify the circadian rhythm of the person who wears it while they sleep and thus curb the most common effects of jet-lag such as fatigue, digestive problems, lack of memory, apathy or irritability.

Its operation is simple: the mask, using light pulses of milliseconds, uses the same neural pathways as natural light, modifying the user's circadian rhythm while they sleep. Thus, this biological synchrony gadget developed by Lumos Tech manages to avoid any disorder related to the circadian rhythm such as the aforementioned jet lag, but also for disorders related to sleep or even seasonal affective disorder .

By not producing an imbalance in our internal clock , which is the one that marks the period of sleep and wakefulness, fatigue and all the other symptoms of traveling long distances, simply do not appear.
