There was an accident on a main road in Kyffhäuser due to wild overtaking maneuvers between a motorcycle and a car. The police are investigating.
Kassel / Kyffhäuser – On Friday noon (July 16, 2021) the officers of the Kyffhäuser Police (Thuringia) were called to an operation on a federal road between Allmenhausen and Billeben. “Wild scenes” are said to have occurred on this between a motorcycle and a car.
According to the information available, reciprocal overtaking maneuvers took place around 1 p.m. According to information from the police, a 43-year-old motorcyclist and a 43-year-old driver of a red VW Golf are said to have been involved. As a result, both are said to have given each other a battle of words while driving side by side. The motorcyclist then stepped on the car’s exterior mirror and fell in the process.

Then there was a brief dispute between the people involved. The motorcyclist initially continued his journey in an unknown direction, but was later identified. Since he was only slightly injured when he fell on the road, he did not need any further medical care.
