Holeman y Finch Public House

Chef Linton Hopkins, one of Atlanta’s food pioneers, created Atlanta’s most iconic burger when he opened H&F. Not only is it their signature double patty with American cheese, onion, and pickles, all in an incredibly delicious homemade bread (the patties are made from a mix of grass-fed breast and lean meat and topped with homemade tomato sauce), but also the Hopkins’ marketing tactic undoubtedly put him in legendary status. When the burger was introduced, they were only available at 9pm and only 24 were made. It was a show as much as a meal, as a server honked a horn to indicate burger time and they often sold out in less than a minute. It’s no surprise that the burger has been ranked in the top 10 best burgers nationwide by The Daily Meallos the last three years in a row, not to mention it was sat on the number one best burger in Atlanta by Thrillist (plus many more accolades). These days, burgers are always on the menu, not to mention that their patties have moved beyond their brick and mortar Buckhead and into Braves Stadium and the Ponce City Market.
