As early as 2006, its prequel, titled Baten Kaitos Origins , was released again as a GameCube exclusive game, when the planned version for Nintendo DS was canceled. And Baten Kaitos 3 had the same fate five years later, hence we are happy to discover that Bandai Namco has just renewed the brand of the former.
