A visit to the Stockyards Brewing Company feels like a trip to the not-too-distant past. Located in the historic West Bottoms of Kansas City, the area was once the center of agriculture, home to corrals beginning in the late 1800s. Although the cattle are no more, the area retains its industrial look and the Stockyards Brewing Company has made its home within what was once the Live Stock Exchange building.
