Bullmastiff runs 160 kilometers to find her family – they left him behind

The Bullmastiff bitch Maru covered more than 160 kilometers to be with her family again. But they left the animal cold-hearted.

USA – The story of the dog Hachiko has moved millions of people. The four-legged friend waited for his master at a train station in Tokyo for years – even after he had already passed away. In Japan, the Akita dog is still the epitome of loyalty today. A slightly different story from the USA currently also shows how loyal dogs can be to their owners – and also how little that means to some people. Extratipp.com * reports.

Bitch abandoned alone in Zug – but she wants to go back to the family

A one-year-old Bullmastiff named “Maru” was with a family for six months when they discovered that she was “allergic” to Maru. As reported by snapmypets.com, the owners did not get along with the energetic and loving personality of the bitch. But the family did not give the Bullmastiff back to the breeder or to another family: They just put Maru on a train. A person strangers to Maru should supervise the bitch. But the dog didn’t seem to be feeling so far away from her home, which is why she simply ran away at a train station.

The Bullmastiff escaped the guard and covered more than 100 miles. In the meantime, the breeder had also become aware of Maru’s disappearance and started a search on Facebook. The family themselves quickly and emotionlessly refused a search. In the end, Maru was found limping in the city where her former family lived – and of course did not know that her family no longer wanted her and had left her behind.
