In addition, these new portals will also provide the client with a complete service that includes the receipt and verification of documents , the payment of property transfer taxes, the management of the change of ownership in the Provincial Traffic Headquarters of the buyer’s address for the vehicle, obtaining the new Circulation Permit and all the necessary advice so that the client has a magnificent experience both on the web and in the agency.

In this sense, Esperanza Lara , general director of the initiative, has pointed out that “ in Spain, there are 1.7 million transfers of cars and motorcycles between individuals per year. We wanted to launch a portal that provides added value to all these people by unifying the service at the national level and thus preventing them from encountering disparate versions or prices and on occasions arbitrary or incomplete ”.
“We have only been with the portal in operation for a few weeks and we observe that the close management and an optimized design of the web to provide a good experience and added value make the individual choose and recommend our portal. Our projection indicates that in 2020 we will be making between 20% and 25% of the transfers between individuals executed in Spain ”, added Lara.
