For some strange reason that we may never understand, some companies still firmly believe that they can create a good game based on a movie or television franchise . In the same way that if we invert the concepts, experience tells us that, in 99% of cases, the final work ends up being disastrous .
Fortunately for our memory and the perception we have of these works, some of those projects end up dead before we even know of their existence. This is the case of the ‘Gremlins’ game that you will see below. A tactical shooter with squads for PS2 and Gamecube, which neither by its images nor by the video shown, offered any kind of hope.
It seems to me an unfortunate mix between that game with fighting teddy bears that we saw on the Dreamcast, but with a Gizmo more willing to awaken our darkest nightmares than to perform the moneries that made him the icon that he is today. Without them it is clear that it is nothing more than a simple silly rat.
