Everything seemed to point to a remastering of the second installment, but Crytek was hiding an even bigger surprise from us. Crysis Remastered Trilogy has just been announced by the company, in the definitive set-up for the trilogy that set graphic standards for years.
As it cannot be otherwise, Crysis Remastered, Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 will be included, optimized by the Saber Interactive team for consoles and PC. We could already enjoy the first installment a few months ago, so if you only want the two games that you are missing, you can buy them separately without problems.
It will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC systems . In the new generation consoles they will be able to be played and from the company they point out that “they will look better than ever thanks to the potential of PS5 and Xbox Series X / S”. Without a specific release date, it will arrive sometime in the fall.
In this compilation we can enjoy the powers and abilities that our suit will give us. Invisibility, increased stamina, increased strength and many other features will be available as we tour New York City or North Korea as we try to save humanity from a deadly virus.
“We are pleased to announce that these iconic Crysis games return in one bundle, remastered for a new generation of hardware, ” says project leader Steffen Halbig. “Each game is enhanced to look and play beautifully on current platforms, providing the best Crysis experience for both newcomers to our classic franchise and gamers looking to relive the adventure.”
