Despite Corona – where you can go on vacation in Europe

The infection process in Europe is developing very differently. Vacation during the summer holidays is possible in several countries.

Berlin – The summer holidays will begin in the first federal states in a few weeks. In view of the steadily decreasing number of corona cases in Germany and advancing vaccinations, vacation seems possible. But not only the Corona * infection in this country enables tourism, but also the situation in neighboring European countries.

Holidays will not be possible in all parts of Europe. The number of new infections and the rate of vaccination varies greatly. Here is an overview of where vacationing during the summer vacation is very likely.

Vacation in Greece – despite the corona pandemic

Corona easing has been in place in Greece since May 15, especially in tourist areas. For example, the outdoor areas of taverns, cafes and bars are open again. There is still a nightly curfew from 0.30 a.m. to 5 a.m. and a mask requirement in certain areas – holidays in Greece are still possible. Interest in it is increasing, as Marek Andryszak, head of the TUI airline, recently confirmed: “Our bookings for Greece have increased disproportionately in the last few days.”
