DroneMonSpy allows you to capture pokémon with a drone

The fever of Pokémon GO – which has a greater number of followers every day – is in full swing, so it is logical that brains stop to think about new inventions aimed at increasing the performance of hunters of creatures such as Pikachu, Rattfratz or Taubsi.

On this occasion, we have thought of those who do not find any attraction to that of having to walk kilometers and kilometers to locate and hunt the pokémon. A company called Atellani has developed the DroneMonSpy, an ingenious universal adapter for smartphones , made from such basic materials as cardboard and velcro and specifically attached to the landing gear of the DJI Phantom drone.

How does it work? It is as simple as starting the game, synchronizing your phone with a screen-sharing software, such as TeamViewer , as explained on the DroneMonSpy website, and inserting the smartphone in this cardboard holder, which has two folding openings.

So you will have it ready to soar through the skies, reach remote and difficult-to-access places and locate the pokémon in a much easier way, which will allow you to advance faster in the game.

The idea came after the creators of this device saw that Pokémon GO players attached their smartphones to drones using rather rudimentary methods – for example, with electrical tape – and not at all safe.

The price of this device is $ 9.99 (approximately 8.97 euros) and is available on its website. It seems like a good idea, although, taking into account the possible inclement weather and that the drone will reach a considerable height, some may consider venturing to introduce their latest generation mobile in a cardboard case.
