Shedd Aquarium : The well-known aquarium has several free days throughout the year in which they waive general admission for visitors (must show valid Illinois ID), which includes the Waters of the World, Amazon Rising, and Caribbean Reef exhibits. A package that includes the other areas of the aquarium, including Wild Reef, Oceanarium, and Polar Play Zone, is offered at a discounted price. But be careful.
