How to Add Waze to CarPlay Easily
To start the process we must open the Settings app of our iPhone, which we will find, as always, on the home screen of the device. Next, we touch General and on the next page we look for the CarPlay option, which we must press.
In the My Car section we choose our vehicle and touch the Customize button, which will start the CarPlay customization process for the car.
In the new screen we must scroll to the bottom, and choose the More applications option. We look for the Waze app (which we must have previously installed on the iPhone), and to add the application we will only have to touch the ‘+’ sign that is shown in green to the left of the name of each application.
Remember that, in case you want to reorder the applications in CarPlay, so that at the beginning the most used (or your favorites) are shown, you only have to use the icon of three bars that are on the right side of each app to move Waze to the top. Clever!
