Grab your swimsuits and your lightsabers. You can browse to a very distant galaxy not so far along with Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Storm Troopers and special cruises intergalactic gang-themed Star Wars.
Star Wars Day at Sea en Disney Fantasy
Disney Cruise Line is bringing back Star Wars Days at Sea, a one-day celebration aboard special Disney Fantasy voyages, whose many onboard attractions include the AquaDuck Water Coaster.
Occurring one day on certain Disney Fantasy voyages, Star Wars Day at Sea appears on itineraries sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida, to the Eastern and Western Caribbean. The cruises feature a full day of Star Wars celebrations, including a deck party, an encounter with favorite intergalactic characters, Star Wars- themed youth activities, unique food and beverage offerings, and specials. There will also be exclusive at-sea screenings of all the Star Wars films , as well as the new Disney XD animated series, Star Wars Rebels .
Highlights include:
Meet-and-Greets, Jedi training, and more
- Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Boba Fett, Stormtroopers and other characters from across the Star Wars galaxy will be on board for scheduled meetups and greetings, as well as touring the deck and other locations on the ship. Guests are also encouraged to dress up in their own star costumes for Star Wars Day at Sea.
- An onboard version of the popular Jedi Training Academy experience (available at Disneyland and Disney World) invites young Padawans to learn the movements of a Jedi Master’s lightsaber. They can then use the Force and face off in a final test against the evil Darth Vader.
- Kids and families can also enjoy some friendly competition during Star Wars trivia games, which cover fun facts from the film and television sagas.
- For Younglings, Star Wars- themed arts and crafts, games and activities will be offered throughout the day at the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab youth clubs for children ages 3-12.
- At night, adults entering the nightclub will feel like they entered the Mos Eisley cantina scene. Canteen characters and music set the mood as special Star Wars- themed cocktails are served.
Movie screenings and celebrity sightings
- Guests can see the first six Star Wars movies that follow Darth Vader, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke, and Princess Leia through their epic adventures. Also showing will be episodes of Disney XD’s new animated series, Star Wars Rebels .
- At each of the special outings, celebrities and people from the Star Wars franchise will share their experiences, meet fans, and sign autographs.
Star Wars Deck Party y Fireworks
- In Star Wars deck equipment, Star Wars characters converge on the stage deck for a party with music, dancing, games, special effects and participation of guests.
- The terrace party culminates with a display of themed pyrotechnics, lighting, sound effects, lasers and Star Wars.
Day Wars at sea will be offered in Disney Fantasy cruise sailing from January to April 2017. The event will be available on 7 – night cruises in the eastern and western Caribbean on these dates:

Millennium Falcon in Disney’s dream
Want to learn about the Star Wars theme on other Disney ships? Disney’s dream recently emerged from the dry dock with fun new intergalactic spaces. The Oceaneer Club for ages 3-12 now includes a replica of the interior of the Millennium Falcon, Han Solo’s iconic spaceship. The highly themed space is surrounded by interactive panels with over a thousand LED lights and hundreds of buttons and levers.
Marvel Day at Sea en Disney Magic
In addition to Star Wars Day at Sea, Disney Cruise Line has also featured Marvel Day at Sea on Disney Magic , offering guests the opportunity to sail with Spider-Main, Thor, Captain America, and other Marvel superheroes and villains.
