Reliving the battles of the First World War is a plan that we signed up for without a doubt. For this reason, we trust true masters in this art.
M2H and Blackmill Games have announced the arrival of Isonzo , their new title based on the conflicts of the Great War. After the realization of Tannenberg and Verdun , now this installment will arrive on PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PS4, Xbox One and PC, via Steam, sometime in 2021 .
The front of the combat takes us to the Italian mountains, specifically due to the struggle lived for two years in the Isonzo river valley and the Alps. The recreation of the time will be truly faithful , with equipment and weapons used by the Kingdom of Italy and the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy.
Assaulting fortifications, fighting in the middle of towns or overcoming rivers will be some of the challenges to overcome. Of course, various classes of soldier will be at our disposal, such as the sniper.
The truth is that taking a look at the gameplay, everything looks at a fairly high level . In fact, it reminded me of Battlefield I, another game that realistically explores WWI.
