Luca Hänni and Christina Luft show up with an engagement ring

In “Let’s Dance” they danced together in third place. And then Luca Hänni and Christina Luft landed on cloud nine.

Geneva – The Swiss singer Luca Hänni (27, “Diamant”, “There For You”) and his girlfriend Christina Luft (31) posted a photo with an engagement ring on Instagram. “Yes” with a heart is underneath it, as well as the hashtag #engaged.

Hänni met the German professional dancer with Kyrgyz roots as a candidate for the television show “Let’s Dance”. There, the two took third place in 2020. Also in their Instagram stories, which are no longer available after 24 hours, both announced that they were engaged.

The relationship only developed after the show finale, both said later after the show. In the autumn of last year, Hänni told the Blick newspaper that he and Luft had found a house together in the Bernese Oberland. Hänni won “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” in 2012 and took fourth place for Switzerland in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2019. dpa
