The ranking, known as ‘Zeitgeist’ , is headed in Spain by ‘ Facebook’ and ‘Tuenti’ , the two most popular social networks on the Internet. It is completed by the terms ‘ YouTube’ (Google’s video channel ranks third), ‘Hotmail’, ‘Brand’, ‘games’, ‘Google’, ‘videos’, ‘Yahoo’ and ‘AS’.
Among the most googled in Spain, searches related to some natural phenomena, such as the earthquake in Chile , as well as news related to the launch of the Apple iPad tablet and the Vancouver Winter Olympics stood out.
In health-related searches , the first place was for the term ‘heart’ , followed by ‘anxiety’, ‘cholesterol’, ‘social security’, ‘diabetes’,’ home remedies’, ‘disgust of life’, ‘ herpes’, ‘appointment’ and ‘pharmacy’, according to the Internet company has made public.
