Update from Sunday, November 28th, 2021, November 6th. PM: The 7-day incidence has risen again and has peaked. The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) gave the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants: inside and week on Sunday morning at 446.7. For comparison: the previous day the value was 444.3, a week ago it was 372.7 (previous month: 130.2). The health authorities in Germany reported 44,401 new corona infections to the RKI within one day. This is evident from the numbers that reflect the status of the RKI dashboard at 3:52 a.m. Exactly one week ago there were 42,727 infections.
According to the new information, 104 deaths were recorded across Germany within 24 hours. A week ago there were 75 deaths. The RKI has counted 5,761,696 detected infections with Sars-CoV-2 since the beginning of the pandemic. The actual total number is likely to be significantly higher, however, since many infections are not recognized.
The number of corona patients admitted to clinics per 100,000 inhabitants: inside within seven days, the RKI stated on Friday as 5.97 (Thursday: 5.79). The value is not reported on the weekend. It plays an essential role in assessing what is happening in the infection. If limit values 3, 6 and 9 are exceeded in the federal states, stricter measures to combat the pandemic can be imposed there.
According to the RKI, the number of those recovered was 4,823,700 on Sunday. The number of people who died with or with a proven infection with Sars-CoV-2 rose to 100,883.

The case numbers of the RKI can differ from those of the individual federal states. One reason for this is the longer transmission routes between the RKI and the responsible health authorities. The RKI’s Covid-19 dashboard can also be adjusted during the day.

The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) stated the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants and week on Saturday morning (November 27, 2021) as 444.3. For comparison: the previous day the value was 438.2, a week ago it was 362.2 (previous month: 118.0).
The health authorities in Germany reported 67,125 new corona infections to the RKI within one day. This is evident from the numbers that reflect the status of the RKI dashboard at 4:11 a.m. On Friday (November 26th, 2021) the number of infections was 76,414, exactly one week ago there were 63,924 infections.

According to the RKI, the health authorities reported 76,414 cases in 24 hours on Friday morning (November 26, 2021).
Exactly one week ago there were 52,970 new infections recorded. The RKI gave the seven-day incidence at 438.2 – also a maximum. For comparison: on Thursday (November 25th, 2021) the corona value was 419.7, a week ago it was 340.7 (previous month: 113.0). This is evident from the numbers that reflect the status of the RKI dashboard at 03:32 a.m.
