A week after falling and undergoing surgery, he got back on the Honda to try to run the Andalusian GP, however he could not do a single lap. From there it was all bad news. He had to undergo surgery twice more, first to reposition the titanium plate and then for a pseudoarthrosis of the right humerus. His desire to return as soon as possible played a trick on him and he ended up missing the rest of the season. For a few months Marc went from operation to operation, he did not lift his head, until he changed clinics and went to the Ruber International Hospital in Madrid where the doctors hit the button.After the third operation in December, he began to see the light at the end of the tunnel, from there he started the timer and began the countdown to return. Almost a month ago, on March 16, he was back in a Honda eight months after his injury. His return was near. Everything indicated that he would be for the start of the course in Qatar. However, the doctors convinced him to delay his return. He had not competed for a long time and they preferred that he miss the first two tests at the Losail circuit. The wait is over. Marc Márquez already has the go-ahead to return and will be in Portimao on April 18.
