There are two days until the end of August … and we can already see how September appears. Another month of progressive warming is expected in terms of launching games , awaiting the final fireworks that will be October and November, the most powerful of the second half of 2017.
Although, unlike in August, the number of exclusives on PS4 will decline a bit , a month full of fairly continuous proposals awaits us, for better and for worse. Few surprises, in short. And it is that the season, in a way, begins now … Because yes, this is a sports metaphor .
Destiny 2
When: September 6, 2017
Where: PS4
How much: 62.94 euros
‘Destiny’ was a game of extremes: you either loved it, or you hated it. And with ‘Destiny 2’, Bungie seems to continue betting on the first group, without worrying too much about those who do not see it with the same eyes. At times it seems more like an expansion than a sequel, and that at the level of history is loaded with many changes . A safe bet for those who enjoyed the original.
‘Knack 2’, on the other hand, starts with an advantage, since the first ‘Knack’ was well below expectations. And the truth is that, according to our first impressions, Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan Studio seems to be on the right track with this sequel. Will we be facing one of the surprises of the year?

Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite
When: September 19, 2017
Where: PS4
How much: 54.90 euros
‘Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite ‘is Capcom’s new quintessential crossover , but the Osaka company hasn’t made the impact it should with the long-awaited Duel of the Titans. But it would be a mistake to give it up for lost before starting the round , especially for that story mode in which the plot between some of the most iconic faces of the Capcom and Marvel universes will be enhanced.
Whoever prefers to put fighting aside and opts more for sports, will have two good representatives this season, starting with ‘NBA 2K18’ in basketball and ending with ‘PES 2018’ in football. Regarding the first, 2K Games seems the clear favorite against a not very optimistic ‘NBA Live 18’, but at least NBA lovers will have two alternatives on the same day; while Konami will hit two weeks before EA Sports and for less money.

FIFA 18
When: September 29, 2017
Where: PS3 and PS4
How much: 62.94 euros
EA Sports has been reigning the beautiful game in recent years, and wants to maintain its dominance with ‘FIFA 18’. Although Konami has polished its ‘Pro Evolution Soccer’, FIFA’s foundations are more secure and its market share is greater, so we do not expect any surprises in this match. But anything can happen in football.
‘Project CARS 2’ , on the other hand, will kick off the racing sim season, hitting before the more direct competition (‘Gran Turismo Sport’ and ‘Forza Motorsport 7’), while ‘Raiders of the Broken Planet’ will debut, finally, with the start of his particular proposal. MercurySteam has risked a lot with this project , so we will have to see the final response from the public.
