I am still amazed by the wonderful things you can find on the Internet. And, Daniela Justus, and more specifically her photographs, were one of those great discoveries.
I remember with great affection and it still continues to move me, the first photo with my daughter in the delivery room, just when she was finished being born, still attached to me by the umbilical cord. It’s funny how beautiful an image seems to me that, at other times, I would have discarded because my appearance was not, far from it, that of a model.
And still, I love the photo: it is the beauty of nature in its purest form. That is why, when I came across Daniela’s real and beautiful photographs of childbirth on her Instagram account, I could not resist asking her permission to post them here and share them with other parents, who surely understand what we are talking about.

Daniela Justus presents herself as the mother of Miguel and Laura, a photographer and “capable of missing even what has not yet finished.”
Master in Business Administration and Marketing, he worked in large companies until the day photography stopped being a hobby and became a career. It started with babies and children, but soon the range was opened for weddings, pregnant women, families, births, parties and other celebrations.
After living five years in London with her husband “in search of adventure and knowledge”, she returned to Rio de Janeiro where she lives “recording stories and trying to hold on to the best of life with my camera.”
And, it is clear, that it achieves it and exceeds in view of these incredible images taken in different deliveries. Surely for the main parents it is a beautiful way to remember one of their most special moments.

And it is that although some social networks try to prohibit the publication of births, we like them a lot.
