Take a break from all the resort action and cruises with a day trip to secluded Rose Island via Sandy Toes Adventures. Guides arrange transportation through Majestic Tours to and from your hotel to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal, ensuring that you arrive on time for the ship’s 10am departure.
After boarding the boat, you will enjoy a quick harbor tour past Jay-Z and Beyonce’s house and wildlife protected areas, then you will see a small island with tall palm trees that may look vaguely familiar – the mass of land for the opening shot on “Gilligan’s Island.” But that is not where you are going. In 20 minutes, you will reach the oasis of Rose Island, where private white sand beaches and snorkeling await. You will have until 4 pm to spend as much time as you like.
