The launch of Scarlet Nexus is getting closer and closer and Bandai Namco has wanted to warm up engines to increase the anticipation before the arrival of this action RPG. To do this, he invites us to see the most complete video of the game published so far, which reviews its most important characteristics.
With the fantastic background voice of Claudio Serrano , he tells us that the plot is set in a very distant future in which humanity has discovered a psionic hormone in the brains of some people to whom it grants special powers. This itself served to change the world completely.
However, humanity was soon in danger from the threat of the Alters , deranged monsters that devour the brains of humans. That’s where the FSA comes into play, a group of elite forces specialized in controlling these psionic powers and thoroughly trained to defeat these dangerous creatures.
From there, the video presents in detail Yuito and Kasane, the couple of protagonists that we will control , although we can only select one of them, since they will have their own intertwined stories. In turn, they will be differentiated by the weapons and powers that they will use, so the gameplay will also be affected.
For the rest, the video makes an extensive review of some of the key areas of the city in which the events will take place, the most common enemies and final bosses or the other main characters that will accompany our heroes. As we already told you in our first impressions, Scarlet Nexus may end up being one of the great surprises of this 2021, but to discover it we will have to wait until June 25 , the day it will go on sale on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC, although until then you can try a demo of the first bars of the adventure.
