Occupancy is based on individual property’s septic capacity and not bed space. Selected properties include amenities such as the following: hot tub, private pool, community pool, theater / media room, game room, handicap access, windsurfing access, high speed internet, elevators or keyless entry. Certain properties can accommodate pets. Tenants can select their smoking preference. Early check-in and express check-out are available.
This real estate office covers properties within the Cape Hatteras area, including homes in the following towns: Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras. After selecting a home, you can choose a 1, 2, 3, or 4 installment plan based on the time period until arrival. None of the installment plans carry interest charges. The signed contract and the initial payment are due within 7 days of the reservation date. The balance, a non-refundable processing fee, a security deposit, North Carolina sales tax, and a county occupancy tax must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by personal check, cashier’s check, certified check, money order (ACH), money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover).
Credit card payments carry an additional convenience fee. The real estate office welcomes tenants from all over the world. However, reservations made from outside the US have different payment requirements. The tenants deal only with the property managers of the real estate office and have no contact with the landlords.
