All ages. Tauck’s Tauck Bridges tours focus on family travel. Children must be at least three years old to travel on a Tauck Bridges tour, four years to travel on a Tauck Bridges river cruise, five years to travel on a Tauck Bridges safari, and six years to travel on a Tauck Bridges cruise . to the Galapagos Islands.

Information for individual travelers

Tauck charges a single supplement on most of its voyages, but offers some voyages and cruises (depending on the cabin class you choose) that do not have an individual supplement.

It varies. Prices start at about $ 3,190 for an 8-day trip to the US Antarctica travel adventures cost $ 10,690 and up.

Guided tours of Tauck include cruises, river adventures, safaris, train rides, and traditional tour groups. Most tour groups include 35-44 people.

Tauck’s “A Week In…” tours (Italy, Paris-Provence, London-Paris, Spain, etc.) are especially popular.

Tauck has partnered with Ken Burns and Dayton Duncan to create Ken Burns American Journeys, a collection of travel experiences built around the Burns and Duncan films.

Tauck has also partnered with BBC Earth to create its collection of Earth Journeys travel experiences. Earth Journeys takes you to places showcased on the BBC Earth series, including Alaska, Costa Rica, Tanzania, India, Nepal, Botswana, Kenya, Peru, Antarctica, and more.

Tauck tours include unusual destinations, such as Botswana and Zambia, and adventure opportunities, including their Bugaboos Adventure tour, which includes heli-hiking.

Tauck partners with VisaCentral to help guests obtain their required travel visas. You are not required to work with VisaCentral. In any case, you are responsible for obtaining the required travel visas prior to your departure date.

Tauck offers travel insurance for cruises and tours and safaris on land. You can purchase separate travel insurance coverage if you wish.

Tauck tour prices do not include airfare, but you can book your air travel through Tauck if you wish.

Because Tauck passes the off-season savings to its customers, tour prices vary by departure date.

Some of the Tauck tours are suitable for wheelchairs and scooters, but others are not. In general, Tauck does not allow wheelchair and scooter users to travel to international or “exotic” destinations. Travelers to the US and Canada using a wheelchair or scooter should contact Tauck to discuss their accessibility options before making a travel reservation.

Tauck staff cannot assist wheelchair users on Tauck tours, cruises or safaris. If you use a wheelchair, you will need to bring a travel companion to assist you.

Tauck’s Culturious small groups offer intimate cultural immersion experiences, interaction with locals, active exploration options (biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and more), and hands-on opportunities like cooking classes.

Tauck gives back through its Destination Grants Program, which focuses on historic preservation and conservation in the destinations that Tauck guests visit, and through its World of Giving program, which works with partner organizations such as the US National Park Service. To assist with local community initiatives, disaster response preparedness, and encouragement of employee volunteerism.
