‘The Beatles: Rock Band’ will be released simultaneously in the United States, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other markets on September 9, 2009 for the PS2, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 platforms . There will be different editions, giving the possibility to choose to buy only the game and use the already existing and compatible ‘Rock Band’ instruments; or make it in the limited edition with instruments designed for the occasion in the image and likeness of those that John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr used during their musical careers.
It is the first time in history that The Beatles’ music is used in video games.
