The funniest photos of nature – You can not pass!

The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards never disappoints. The first edition of this entertaining photography contest was in 2015 by the photographers Paul Joynson-Hicks and Tom Sullam in Tanzania, who thought of this proposal in order to promote the Conservation of wildlife.

From a startled owl to a smiling shark, this year we have – again – many adorable and fun images.

Hubo ocho categorías este año: Vídeos, Under The Sea, Amazing Internet Portfolio, Junior Category, Spectrum Photo Creatures of the Air, Alex Walker’s Serian Creatures of the Land, Affinity People’s Choice Award y ganador general.

Thousands of photographers from all over the world participate each year in the contest.Entries were narrowed to 41 finalists, before the winning images were selected and compiled for the official book.

The photographerMary McGowanit won three awards in total: the Affinity People’s Choice Award, Alex Walker’s Serian Creatures of the Land, and the overall winner, with his photograph titled “Caught in the Act,” starring a surprised squirrel.

Along with a selection of awards, McGowan was crowned Comedy Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2018. The award is a handcrafted trophy from the Wonder Workshop in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and a week-long safari with Alex Walker’s Serian. . In addition to this, this year’s contest includes another prize. Affinity Photo has decided to give one lucky winner a new iPad.

The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards have been inundated with snapshots of nature that provide some accidental humor at their expense. The truth is that all the photos are quite funny and will get you, at least a smile and possibly a few laughs. And it is that when animals are captured doing curious postures they add a new level to wildlife photography.

These photos will brighten your day and improve your mood.

The contest, as we say, works together with the Born Free Foundation to promote wildlife conservation through a positive and fun message. We have gathered 2018 winners and finalists in this gallery.
