Purpose for this new year: to be less demanding of myself
To take care, we have to take care of ourselves, and this year we should give more importance to our state and our well-being. It is not about sneaking an hour to the hairdresser to cut your hair because the ponytail falls off of its own weight. It is about being as aware of ourselves as we are of others.
This should be a year to reconnect with calm, to learn to prioritize, to delegate and to put on the list of purposes to remove the guilt of our daily feelings to make room for other more positive feelings , such as compassion and love towards ourselves.
That is why I have felt completely identified with this video. This year, I want to take care of myself, but above all that which is invisible to the eyes.
