Fulfilling once again the commitment to periodically refresh the offer of its most urban and youthful model, Toyota Spain updates the Aygo X Cross range, with two new finishes, Like and Chic, which replace the previous Trendy Edition and Limited Edition, respectively. . Toyota’s new urban crossover, unique in the A segment , maintains the same structure of three finishes by keeping the existing Play, the most balanced finish in the range in relation to price-equipment, with standard elements such as alloy wheels 17 inches, projector-type halogen headlights, daytime running lights and LED pilot lights, fog lights, leather steering wheel, electrically adjustable mirrors, automatic headlights and front electric windows, among many others.
The new Like finish will replace the special Trendy Edition, and like its predecessor, it seeks to be the center of gravity of the Aygo X Cross range and marks the beginning of a more extroverted and striking style. A finish that seeks to attract all eyes. The Like finish comes standard with an exterior customization pack that was not available on the Trendy Edition, which includes 18-inch wheels in matte black with color detailing, as well as vinyl on the front and rear bumpers and side moldings. In case of equipping the Chili Red exterior color, the color of the customization pack will be Chili Red, while in the case of Jungle Green, the tone of the customization pack will be Latte Beige.
Inside, the decorative color scheme is updated, and the upholstery design changes to cloth. In terms of equipment, this new edition shares elements that were already incorporated in the variant it replaces in the range, such as 18-inch wheels, Full LED headlights, 8-inch multimedia screen, darkened rear windows, rain sensor and heated electric mirrors. . As in the Trendy Edition, the Like finish has two optional packs. The Connect Pack includes the 9-inch Toyota Smart Connect multimedia system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity and a wireless charger. The Connect + JBL Pack, in addition to the content of the Connect Pack, includes the JBL premium sound system with four speakers + subwoofer.
Another of the main novelties of the Like finish is that the canvas roof -Sky Pack- will be available as an option in all its variants. Thus, the update of the Toyota Aygo X Cross range offers the option of mounting the ‘Sky’ canvas roof in all finishes except Play.
For its part, the new Chic finish, which replaces Limited Edition and becomes the top of the range for Aygo X Cross 2022, is only available in Beige Latte. The 18-inch wheels are two-tone in color and do not have any exterior customization package, as the Limited Edition did. In the passenger compartment, the Chic finish inherits the partial leather upholstery that was standard on the Trendy Edition finish, in this case with the seams in Latte Beige. The Chic finish maintains a very competitive standard equipment level that includes a 9-inch Toyota Smart Connect multimedia system, wireless charger and front and rear parking sensors, among others.
On the exterior, in the renewed range of Aygo X Cross, the Florida Blue color disappears and the Jungle Green color is incorporated, which until now has only been available in the Limited Edition finish.
