Tricks to make your PC go faster

Nowadays, processes require higher performance from systems. Especially the contents based on java need more powerful hardware to avoid being slowed down.
Optimizing a computer to current demands is an important step to avoid stagnation. The slowdown of the PC also affects the speed of the internet, that is why sometimes despite having a great connection, the pages do not open in the right time. If our pocket does not allow us to update, we can always improve performance in another way.
How can I solve this problem? Following a few simple tricks:

1. Remove malicious content

We are all surprised that malicious files enter the PC because we have the best antivirus on the market. It is something that happens anyway. It’s always good to do a deep scan and use a second option to track down potential problems. In addition, an antimalware and optimization program such as TuneUp Utilities should be used to improve the performance of the operating system.

2. Use an SSD drive

These hardware drives are prevailing over HDDs thanks to their access speed, power consumption, and overall performance. The computers that mount HDD take longer to carry out the processes . The SSD is still expensive and its storage capacity is much less. But you do not need a very large unit, simply that the Operating System goes there and in another HDD all the content that you want to store. The difference in speed is very noticeable.

3. Defragmenting the hard drive

This happens in HDD models where all the available information is fragmented on the disk, that is, the data is spread out and not stacked or together. It occurs as the time passes from the first use. This process allows this data to be reorganized and the computer to function more efficiently.

4. Remove applications and programs that you do not use frequently

We are all struck by installing eye-catching programs that we believe will be of great use to our lives. In the end it turns out that we were wrong and only used them once. The same thing happens with video games, we collect collections but we only play one or two at the same time. There are titles that we have not touched for four years. Removing them from the system allows for more efficient use of the system.

5. Enter the internet with efficient browsers

We had been sold the idea that Chrome was the fastest browser of all. And so it was at the beginning. Now it turns out that it is a machine for eating resources, for slowing down our computer. If to this is added the use of multiple extensions, which most of us do not use, this burden is even greater. It is also important to avoid opening multiple tabs so as not to collapse the Ram memory.

6. Boot up faster

Depending on the capacity of the hardware, the computer will take more or less to start up. The problem is that programs are added to this startup that slow down the process. Sometimes they are activated automatically and sometimes we are the ones who select this option without really needing it. Press the Windows button and in the search engine write “MSConfig”, open the file and you will be able to see in the “Windows Start” tab all the processes that start with your computer. There you can remove the unnecessary ones.

7. Update drivers

Sometimes the cause of a slowdown is not found and it resides in the lack of update in system drivers, which cause conflicts. It is also important to keep the Java, Adobe Flash or .NET Framework libraries up-to-date so that the team runs the programs in the most optimal way possible.

8. Delete temporary files

Windows stores thousands of temporary files that you don’t need. At the time they were useful but it maintains them despite not having any type of function. That is why eliminating them is the best option so that the system does not have to waste time with them and can be much more fluid. Remove a charge that builds up little by little.
