Vinte reports record revenues during the fourth quarter of 2021

Vinte, a real estate company, reported revenue growth of 29.3% during the fourth quarter of 2021, a record for a quarter in the company’s history.

In this regard, René Jaime Mungarro, general director of Vinte, commented that the company managed to close the year with solid results and in line with the annual business plan.

“Revenues from home deeds grew by 17% in the quarter, a record level in the company’s history, driven by the geographic and segment diversification of current developments,” he highlighted.

Company prospects and achievements

Vinte communicated to the Mexican Stock Exchange the results corresponding to the fourth quarter of 2021, among which the generation of record income for a quarter in the company’s history stands out, equivalent to 1,581 million pesos, which represents a growth of 29.3 %.

From October to December of last year, the company deeded 1,291 homes at an average price of 1.1 million pesos, in addition to generating positive operating cash flow reaching 440 million pesos, a record figure for a quarter.

Vinte also reported that EBITDA was equal to 240 million pesos, an increase of 32.7% compared to the same quarter a year earlier, while net profit was 120 million pesos, a growth of 30.9%.

Likewise, some of the most significant figures at the end of the 2021 financial year were the following:

  • Vinte made an investment of approximately 3,200 million pesos during 2021 in infrastructure, urbanization, acquisition of land reserves and housing construction.
  • From January to December of last year, 3,938 homes were registered and revenues of 4,160 million pesos were reported, a growth of 13.9%.
  • EBITDA was equal to 681 million pesos and net income was 371 million pesos.
  • The average price was 973,400 pesos, a growth of 10.7%.

Vinte also released its Guide for 2022 where an 8% growth in total revenue is estimated.

Results underpinned by digital tools

Sergio Leal Aguirre, Chairman of the Board of Vinte, stated that the company began to implement the digital sections program and closed the year with 190 units with 100% digital collection through the technological infrastructure used by the company.

“We continue working to strengthen our digital strategy. We are very satisfied with the technological advances that we have implemented, since we have managed to sell more than 5,000 houses through digital media since 2017, reaching 39% of Vinte’s total sales in 2021,” explained Leal Aguirre.

Vinte currently has 14 active projects in Tecámac, Pachuca, Atotonilco de Tula, Querétaro, Puebla, Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Monterrey.
