The Federal Consumer Attorney's Office (Profeco) reported that those who have joined the lawsuit against the airline Viva Aerobús between 2014 and 2017 can already check if they were benefited.
Those who are on the list should contact Profeco to receive advice.
Profeco explained that through the Legal Sub-Prosecutor's Office and Viva Aerobus they accessed alternative conflict resolution mechanisms for which they reached a judicial agreement that will allow "access and satisfactorily solve a collective action lawsuit for various claims filed from 2014 to 2017, mainly for flight cancellation, flight overbooking, itinerary change, flight delay, improper charges, loss of flight by the consumer and denial of service.
