The German Weather Service (DWD) is currently warning of heavy gusts of wind and, in the low mountain ranges, of sometimes heavy snowfalls * with drifts. First of all, snowfall is to be expected above 300 meters. Up to 15 centimeters can fall from the sky. In the Black Forest, Thuringian and Bavarian Forests, there are sometimes over 20 centimeters of fresh snow in it.
