The Ñ is a very special letter , as it only exists in the Spanish language. It arose when Romance languages were born, and although some countries such as Italy, France or Portugal ended up using other sounds to refer to it, the same did not happen in most of our country.
Thus, it is common to find names that begin or contain the letter Ñ in regions such as Galicia, Asturias and the Basque Country. Outside our borders, many indigenous languages of Latin America also use this sound. That is why the letter Ñ in a proper name gives a special and different personality.
If you are expecting a girl and you are looking for a name that begins with the letter Ñ or contains it , take a look at the list that we propose. The names with this letter so ours are not abundant, but without a doubt they are very original.
