Hilpoltstein – Due to a suspected hostage-taking in a coach, the Bavarian police have completely blocked Autobahn 9 between the Hilpoltstein and Greding junctions in both directions.
Only the two bus drivers were on the bus with an allegedly armed man on Tuesday evening, as a spokesman for the Middle Franconia police told the German press agency. All other passengers could therefore leave the bus beforehand and were in the care of the police.
