In Mercedes , Lewis Hamilton and George Russell will take turns again, with the morning session for the seven-time champion, while those who were his most direct rival in 2021, Red Bull , will replace Max Verstappen to put his partner, Sergio Pérez, all day .

At Ferrari they will continue with split shifts, but modifying the order, since Carlos Sainz will be the first to get into the red car, and Leclerc will do so in the afternoon. At McLaren , Alpine and AlphaTauri they will follow the same single driver line during the 8 hours of testing, with Daniel Ricciardo, Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly respectively.

At Aston Martin they will repeat with Lance Stroll and Sebastian Vettel, but with the Canadian in the morning and the German in the afternoon session. Williams , for his part, will be first with Alex Albon and then with Nicholas Latifi to continue testing the FW44.

Alfa Romeo will change the line-up, as Robert Kubica, who only did nine laps on the first day and was there because of the great financial importance of his personal sponsor Orlen , will give way to Guanyu Zhou, the first Chinese in the history of the Grand Circus. His partner, the former Mercedes, Valtteri Bottas, will be at the controls of the C42 in the afternoon.

Finally, at Haas , Mick Schumacher will jump into the American car in the morning, with Russian Nikita Mazepin waiting his turn for when the sun begins to go down.
