Oxygen and water are released in the procedure. Increased levels of carbon dioxide can increase net photosynthesis in some plants. These create an important reservoir of carbon dioxide.
Photosynthesis takes place in the leaves. The stem carries the raw sap to the leaves and collects the elaborated one. More than 90% of the dry weight of plants is composed of different initial organic molecules that are responsible for regulating their metabolism and forming their cellular structures. Photosynthesis provides those carbonate chains that are used by all cells.
Currently two photosynthetic processes are distinguished: oxygenic and anoxygenic photosynthesis . The first is carried out by higher plants, cyanobacteria and algae, where oxygen is released. The second, for its part, is typical of green and purple sulfur bacteria, a process in which sulfur is released, which can be expelled into the water or accumulate within the bacteria in question.
