There are two reasons to buy a sports car. The first is to enjoy the vehicle itself if you are fond of driving. The second, attracting glances and seducing. In the opinion of the psychologist María José Domínguez, president of the PSIME foundation, in either of the two cases there is always more bonding. Getting behind the wheel of one of these cars means not having financial problems and giving an image of security and intelligence, which does not always correspond to reality, but which coincides with the aspirations of some people. "There are many object-women who look to men for money and protection," explains the psychologist. But what happens when the woman is the one who drives a sports car? "So it is the girl who wants to show off and feel looked at and desired," says Domínguez.
